Refund Policy

At Siddhatva Skill Works Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-impact, value-driven training programs. Our refund policy is structured to ensure clarity and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our offerings and commitment to quality.

1. General Refund Conditions

All registrations or payments made towards workshops, online courses, corporate trainings, or consulting services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the program details.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to siddhatva.skillworks@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of registration and at least 7 days prior to the start of the program/session.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The program is cancelled or rescheduled by Siddhatva Skill Works Pvt. Ltd.
The participant withdraws at least 7 days before the program start date, with valid reasons (medical emergencies, duplication of payment, etc.)
In the case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

No-show or failure to attend the session/program
Cancellation request received less than 7 days before the program begins
Services already delivered or partially consumed (e.g., access to course material)
Special discounted programs or promotional offers, unless specified

4. Substitutions

In lieu of a refund, participant substitutions may be allowed up to 48 hours before the training session, provided the new participant meets the eligibility criteria.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Siddhatva Skill Works Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by payment gateway providers or banks.
